Development of the Sensor Network for Building Technologies

This paper summarizes the work performed by the authors on development of the sensor network for thermal parameters measurements, as well as structure health monitoring in modern buildings. The described work was carried out as a part of a workpackage within the EU FP7 project SESBE. The authors present the components of developed system and discuss the operation of its software part with a special emphasis on the solutions implemented to maximize the reliability.
