Due to frequent requests the Organising Committee decided to use original IEEE paper formatting style. Now the paper preparation instruction for LaTeX, MS Word, Open Office Writer and other WYSWYG editors as RTF file are available.

The paper should be 4 to 6 pages long. The abstract should give concise information on the aims, methods, results and conclusions and should not exceed 200 words. The paper extended abstract should fit into one page using the paper formatting rules.

For Book of Abstracts the authors are requested to provide 1-page abstract which can be uploaded from paper registration/update page. The abstract should be formatted as main paper. The 2-column area should be used for summary. The original abstract and keywords may be removed if required. Selected figures, tables and references are welcomed.
