Practical Implementation of Voltage-to-Current and Current-to-Voltage Converter in High Voltage SOI Technology

This paper is an introduction to the implementation of voltage-to-current and current-to-voltage converters. The paper starts with a schematic diagram, continues with a schematic version with a set of overvoltage protection devices, and ends with the full layout of the protected version of the circuit. successive design steps provide a decrease in the quality of the generator's performance. The observed decline in the quality of circuit operation quality is presented and discussed. The plan for further design analysis is proposed.
