Ultralow Power Stretchable TFT Electronics

This paper reviews design considerations of flexible thin-film transistors and sensor interface circuits operating in the deep sub-threshold regime for ultralow power consumption. The devices and circuits are layered on fiber, and by using strip-helix-fiber coiling architecture, high extrinsic stretchability is achieved without causing electrical performance degradation.
