Preliminary Characterization of an Electro-Thermal Converter

This paper presents the results of the preliminary characterization of an electrothermal converter manufactured as an ASIC in a technology, which allows the fast prototyping and the verification of the proof of concept for a design. The presented measurement results confirm that the converter meets the expected operating characteristics and after calibration could be used as a temperature sensor.
