Framework for intelligent, distributed control systems for business and industry project (shortly IRS) will provide uniform building, implementation, exploitation and development mechanisms for control systems for business and industry, regardless of applied infrastructure model (public, private, hybrid cloud, implementation of local infrastructure, distributed energy-saving microcontrollers system, IoT, mixed models). Thanks to development work carried out by the use of demonstration installations, will lead to obtaining a unique technology that ensures elastic, at the same time safe possibilities of the change of applied implementation infrastructure model. Technologies and products IRS will use results from R&D projects carried out by Consortium Members by their own and in Demonstrator+ and POIR programmes. Project IRS is implemented within the POIR programme, supporting R&D projects involving industrial research and experimental development or experimental development, co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development. The presentation will cover explanation of main concepts of the project, especially deployment model unification in bussiness and industrial control systems and in IoT environments. Preliminary results of the carried out development work will be also discussed.
