Experimental Results with a 10 kWp Photovoltaic Installation in a Private Property

This paper describes a private 10 kWpeak photovoltaic installation. The panels with an inverter deliver AC current coupled directly to the public electricity grid. The layout, the electric installation are shortly described. The energy consumption/production over the last years is shown. Last but not least the cost is mentioned as well. Some comments about thermal analysis will be given, a topic usually not mentioned in connection with photovoltaic panels. Although it will be shown to be extremely important. At last we have to conclude with some governmental issues.
