Mapping of Temperature Dependent Heat Transfer Coefficient Values in Power Hybrid Electronic Circuits Cooled by Natural Convection
M. Janicki (Lodz Univ. of Techn., Poland)
This paper demonstrates the importance of proper modeling of the temperature dependent heat transfer coefficient values in power hybrid electronic circuits cooled by the natural convection. Here, the temperature distribution of a test structure containing a heat source having different dimensions is computed using a Green’s function solver. The heat transfer coefficient and temperature values are analyzed for two different surrounding ambient temperatures.
