The MixVLSI'94 Conference took place in Dębe, Poland. The topics of the MIXDES Conference included:

- Thermal Problems in VLSI
- Switched-Capacitor (SC) Circuits Design
- Design for Manufacturability
- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
The total number of 30 papers from 4 countries were accepted for publication including 3 invited papers.
